Yes. A UK-qualified examiner flies to Canada with our 8-channel P300 EEG equipment. Tests are conducted in a private, confidential venue in any major Canadian city — typically a reserved hotel suite in Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal, Ottawa, Edmonton, Winnipeg or Halifax — or at your corporate premises, mining site or oilfield for business cases.

Traditional polygraph measures anxiety — breathing, heart rate, sweat. P300 EEG measures a specific brain-wave that fires involuntarily when your brain recognises a detail you've seen or done before. It's measurably more accurate, not defeated by common countermeasures, and not distorted by nervousness. Canada has an established polygraph industry, particularly in mining, retail loss prevention and law enforcement — we bring P300 EEG as an independent, UK-qualified alternative.

Polygraph and P300 EEG results are not generally admissible in Canadian criminal courts — this position was established by the Supreme Court of Canada in R v Béland (1987). Results are, however, routinely used for private investigative purposes, internal corporate investigations, HR matters, civil disputes, family and relationship resolution, and as supporting evidence in negotiations or settlements. Yes — and Canada is actually easier than the US for this. There's no Canadian equivalent of the US Employee Polygraph Protection Act (EPPA), so consent-based internal investigations have more flexibility. That said, testing must be genuinely voluntary, with written employee consent, and compliant with PIPEDA plus any relevant provincial privacy law (notably Quebec's Law 25, and separate BC/Alberta regimes). We accept CAD or GBP payment via international bank transfer, Wise, or major international credit cards. All invoices are issued by DadLink Technologies Limited (UK). Full payment is required to confirm the booking — we don't take deposits on international bookings. This protects both parties and secures examiner travel arrangements.

Tests are conducted in English by default. For Quebec clients we can arrange a certified French interpreter locally — please raise this at the enquiry stage so we can factor it into scheduling. Same process for Mandarin, Punjabi, Spanish or any other language if needed.
