Signs Worth Paying Attention To
No single one proves anything on its own. It is a pattern, out of character, that is worth taking seriously.
- They know things they should not. Where you have been, who you were with, or something said in private that they had no ordinary way of knowing.
- They turn up. Appearing at places you did not tell them about, with a coincidence that happens a little too often.

Where it relates to an abusive or controlling person, a found device is often evidence, and removing it signals that you know, which can increase the danger.
