We record only what is lawful to record: what is visible to any member of the public in a public place. We do not trespass, we do not access phones or accounts, and we never place a tracker on a vehicle we have not been authorised to. What you receive at the end

Every case closes with a package you can act on: time and date-stamped photographs and video, and a written report that sets out the observations as a clear, chronological account. People are often surprised that having a partner followed is lawful. It is, provided it is done proportionately and only records what is already visible to the public. We use unmarked vehicles, keep our distance, never approach the subject and never disclose your identity. We can follow a person, observe a meeting, photograph a public interaction and document a pattern over the days that matter.

What we will not do is break the law on your behalf, because the moment we did, the evidence would be worthless and you would be exposed. We do not trespass onto private property, we do not access anyone's phone, email or accounts, and we do not place a tracker on a vehicle we have no authority over. If another firm offers you those things cheaply, walk away — they are selling you a liability, not evidence. Everything we hand you is gathered lawfully, which is precisely why it can be relied on afterwards.

Your safety and discretion come first
