  4. Hold your breath for 7 counts

  5. Think of 1 thing you can taste

  1. Choose a simple object (pen, leaf, coffee cup)
  2. Hold it in your hands if possible
  3. Notice its color, texture, weight, temperature
  4. Observe without judging or analyzing

  6. Continue for 5-10 minutes
