How much does the Master License cost?
The full license is £150,000 per year, paid annually or as 12 monthly payments of £12,600 if you qualify. Or you can hold the territory for £10,000 a year and be paid £250 for every single test and £375 for every couples test your team completes.
What do I get for the full license?
Every paid booking we receive across your nation or region is allocated to you and you keep the full test fee. We score the EEG data and issue the result; your operators run the tests and you manage every job, consent form and invoice in your portal. Five EEG testing systems, training for five operators, software and support are included, plus the right to sub-license Regional and Metro territories inside your area.
How does pay per job work?
You pay £10,000 a year to hold the territory. Bookings across your area are allocated to you, your team carries out the tests and we pay you £250 per single test or £375 per couples test within 7 days of the result being issued. We keep the customer's payment and the equipment stays on loan to you. If you move up to the full license within 12 months, the £10,000 counts towards it.
Who qualifies for monthly payments?
Monthly payments on the full license are offered to applicants who pass our affordability and background checks. We confirm whether you qualify during the discovery call, before anything is signed.
How big is a master territory?
A nation or a large English region with a population of 2,000,000 to 6,000,000 and defined, exclusive boundaries, such as Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the North East, Yorkshire, the East Midlands or the South West. Availability depends on which territories are already licensed, so tell us your preferred area when you enquire.
How does sub-licensing work?
On the full license you can sell Regional and Metro licenses for the cities and counties inside your territory, on our standard terms. The sub-licensee's annual fee is split 50/50 between you and us, the bookings for their area are routed to them instead of to you, and we still score every test. You are responsible for their standards.
What happens if my team cannot take a booking?
Most bookings are for the same or next day. You accept each booking in your portal within 2 hours and assign it to one of your operators. If none of them can attend, the booking goes to our mobile team and is not counted as yours.
What if a customer cancels or their payment is reversed?
Cancellations follow our standard booking terms. If a customer's payment is reversed after the test, the payout for that job is reversed too, on either route.
